What do you do with a brothel token?

If you're me you put it into a collage! I can't say I really love this collage. I guess rhinestones, pearls and lace just aren't my style. But I had to use that darn token that's been floating around in my junk drawer for some time now.

I do love this photo.

And trust me, the other side of this token is pretty raunchy! I didn't want to offend anyone!

Now this is more my style. Plain and simple. Simply A Saddle

I am truly enjoying Collage Camp. It's fun to post pictures on the camp and get feedback from the other campers. They are a talented group from all over the world. If you're still sitting on the fence about joining I would highly recommend it. And how about those of you that joined but haven't shown us any pictures? Hmmmm...I won't name any names. You know who you are! Get busy! We still want to have the Camp Get Together at Mystic Paper so we can see these pieces in person. How about we shoot for the end of September? Sound good? I'll send the e-mail out today. Are there any out of town campers that will be visiting Arizona in September? We would love to have you join us!

Collage Camp has begun at Casa Johnson!

Here's all of my coffee stained fabric hanging on the fence. I wonder what the neighbors think? Who cares...I'm creating!

Trims, laces, and upholstery fabric.

This is my favorite piece. I think it's called a dickie. It's like a lace inset. I have had this for years and knew that someday I would find the perfect thing to do with this. Can't you just see it on a cowgirl collage? Minus the white buttons of course!

I can't wait to get started! Of course Buck helped me out with the Birds Nest paper. I think he was watching the video where K C Willis says she lets her dog play with her fabric to give it the more "vintage" look. Well, he found my paper and it's sufficiently distressed and already torn into smaller pieces for me to use.
