Quick Christmas Review - This was a Christmas of a lot of "firsts".

First stop, Apple Valley, CA at Chris and Joana's house. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day with Rick's kids and grand kids. Here is The Peddler with all three of his boys! Not a first of course, but it has been a long time.

Dean and Taylor had a blast tearing into their Christmas presents!

Next stop, San Diego where Dylan and Mason got to meet their cousins Dean and Taylor for the first time!

On to Sea World for Dylan and Mason's first time, where Anheuser - Busch thanks our service men and women by letting them and their direct family members in for free!

Papa, aka Penny the Penguin and Dylan having fun!

Hamming it up with Shamu

Next up, their first trip to the beach

Finding out that ocean water is salty!

We met Anna for the first time. She is Jason's girlfriend from Thailand. They live in Hanoi, Viet Nam where Jason works. This was Anna's first trip to the U.S. She is a beautiful girl and a great cook!

Then, on to youngest daughter Caties house where we met Mike, her boyfriend and yes, there is a baby on board! First baby for them!

And this meal is another first. Because that baked potato was brought from Mike's relatives farm in North Dakota. The best potato I have ever eaten. And Catie and Mike did all of the cooking! It was yummy.

So, that's Christmas 2009. The first Christmas that we have been with all of our kids and grandkids!

And now that you are foot loose and fancy free it will hopefully not be the last Christmas spent with all your family!
